Facilities

The holiday home is located on the first floor of a small house in the city district "Paradise". The apartment was completely remodeled in 2010 and has been continuously maintained and upgraded since then. On the ground floor, you will find the family-owned restaurant "Gasthaus Wallgut" which offers delicious home-cooked meals from the south of Germany. 

On request we could provide a travel cot for the little ones. 

The master bedroom is located on northern side of the building and is facing the backyard. Therefore it's nice and quiet and cool in the summer.

Besides the comfortable queen-size bed (180x200) with reading lights on both sides, it's equipped with a big closet and a full-sized mirror. And if you need to get up early, an alarm clock will help you wake up on time.

The second bedroom is a little bit more spacious and is facing the bike and residents only street. 

Of course, the bedroom is as well equipped with a queen-size bed and a closet. Additionally, you'll find a small desk in here. 

The spacious living room is the heart of the apartment. It invites you to relax on one of the couches during the evenings and watch TV or a DVD.

And in case it's a rainy day, you'll find a small selection of reading material in the antique bookcase. You may even discover some board games. The big desk is the ideal place to write some postcards to your loved ones at home. And if you need an additional sleeping place, you can even convert the couch into another bed. 

The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to prepare a delicious meal - stove, oven, electric kettle, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, kitchen utensils, dishes, plates, cutlery etc.

A dish washer and a washing machine are not to be missed. A dryer can be found in the basement and can be used, if needed.

The modern bathroom is equipped with a huge walk-in shower, sink, mirror, towel heater and a hair dryer. The toilet is separated from the bathroom. 

Relax after a hard day of shopping and sightseeing on the big terrace and enjoy the sun.

Enjoy a picnic at the outdoor table. And if it starts to rain, don't worry. A roof is protecting parts of the terrace from the raindrops.
